Vanuatu Daily News Digest | Constitutional Case judgementPosted: June 23, 2015

Fuller news of pleadings can be read in today’s Daily Post, with arguments drawn from the extensive body of case law regarding motions of no confidence available to litigants in Vanuatu. Today we have hearings in the allegations of bribery levelled against Members of Parliament.
